On Thursday, November 6th, Fabrizia Lanza will be joining us all the way from beautiful Sicily for a special evening featuring Sicilian wines and recipes from her cookbooks. It is hard to overstate just how much we love both Sicilian food and wine. The island's volcanic soil, endless coastline and unique climate support incredible produce and a legendary food culture. This legacy is at the core of Fabrizia's world, running the Anna Tasca Lanza cooking school, named for and founded by her mother in 1989 and centered around a working farm and vineyard. Through immersive workshops, Fabrizia connects cooks with the ingredients and artisanal culinary traditions that define the Sicilian way of life.
