Le nouveau est arrivé!

Thursday, November 20th from 5-9pm

On the evening of the 20th of November, we will be part of a collaborative Nouveau celebration on the Sonoma Plaza from 5-9 pm. Nouveau wines are the fresh releases of a current vintage, festive wines meant to be enjoyed young.

Alongside Dos’ Bar, Darling Wines, and Winery Sixteen 600, we will be pouring a selection of these vibrant wines grown and made this 2025 harvest. We encourage you to visit all four locations and try all the wines on debut. Wherever you begin the festivities, you will be given a flight map to track your tastes and bring along to the next tasting location. Turn your completed flight map in at the end for a prize!

At Valley, we will be serving several Beajoulais Nouveau from France, as well as new wines from local favorites Scribe Winery, Las Jaras Wines and Volta. You will also be able to snag light bites or a full dinner at Valley, with or without a reservation (although reserving is always recommended)!
