PRIVATE Events at Valley

Our upstairs private dining room, Upvalley––with two private restrooms and a balcony overlooking the Sonoma Plaza––can seat up to 16 guests at one table, up to 32 guests between three tables, or up to 40 people for a standing-room gathering.

We also offer full buyouts, where we can seat large parties of up to 90 guests, or accommodate larger groups for standing-room. The patio is available for daytime or evening buyouts.
