We will be joined in the kitchen next Thursday, October 30th by the globetrotting, LA-based Chloe Walsh, whose interest in tinned fish and all things anchovy aligns perfectly with our own. We will be back to serving a seasonal à la carte Valley menu, and the night will feature some Chloe twists on our classics as well as festive dishes inspired by her recent Mediterranean travels.
