On Monday, June 22nd we’ll be welcoming back Valley alumni Jake Drummond and Kaz Khosrowmanesh for a Sea Priest Selections takeover! They’ve been busy scouting Japan for the most delicious, inventive, intuitive Japanese wines to bring to our California shores. Their focus is on producers that aren’t necessarily trying to approximate Burgundy or Carneros, but instead are exploring what it means for a wine to be truly Japanese, while of course checking all the right boxes for farm sourcing and production along the way.

We love exploring sense of place in taste, trying to understand what can’t be experienced from anywhere else. You’ll have to experience these wines for yourself! We’ll be grilling yakitori to accompany the excitement. Reserve a table for the night ON TOCK. Kanpai!
