After a decade of cooking, researching and eating (a lot of eating) throughout Italy, Steph Whitaker’s most recent work has been focused on la città partenopea, where she’s been immersed in Napoli’s vibrant culinary traditions and culture. From local collaborations, events abroad, and private supper clubs, her project alla Norma shares the joyful spirit and authentic flavors of the Italian table.
