5TH VALLEYVERSARY CELEBRATION:
BASQUE IN THE SUN at Linden Gardens

Join us in continuing our fifth anniversary celebration on Friday, July 11th with a festive garden soirée, informed by the culinary celebrations of Spain. This merry gathering will mark the debut of Linden Gardens—a lush, private estate and newly-minted event venue in the Springs neighborhood. 

We will imbibe transporting beverages from Jasper and Ella of Oregon’s Son of Man (with whom we make our Basque-style house cider) and Gustavo of Orixe-Sotelo, who makes soulful California wines rooted in the Spanish tradition. 

Our Mediterranean summer feast will feature lamb from California ranchers Matthew and Bianca of Talbott Lamb & Hide, whose gorgeous sheepskins will also be on offer for purchase. Think pintxos, peak-season produce and poolside paella… but if one thing’s for certain, we’re gonna be grilling. Let’s have some fun!
